Return Policy for Market Merchants

In the event you need to return a product please contact us at 1-800-641-9157 to receive a Return Authorization Number.

All returns must have the original packaging and be returned within 30-Days of Purchase. No returns on used items.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refund does not include shipping fees.

Lost or damaged items require an investigation by the originating shipping service (UPS, FedEx) before Market Merchants will replace or credit the item.  This process can take up to 2 weeks.
