Arrived Broken Mar 10, 2010 First, the grill arrived with one of the legs broken, most likely during transit. The legs are maybe 4 inches of plastic and it snapped at the base. Because of the order of assembly and a small workspace, I was most of the way done when I realized this, and I did not want to take it apart and ship it back, so I used a little super glue and it should hold fine.
Everything else about the grill is as advertised, the grill surfaces are very nice and it should do a great job for grilling. The cart looks and feels cheap, as do the plastic folding side tables.
I think that the Q220 is a great idea in portability, but I think that the Q320 is a portable grill that is too large to transport, so unless you need the extra inches of grill space, I recommend going for the Q220.

I am sure it is a great grill, but we had 2 shipments both arrived broken. Mar 07, 2010 We read the reviews and this sounded like a great grill. But the first shipment arrived with the mount point for one of the legs snapped off. Amazon sent a replacement, and sure enough the leg mount was snapped off again! It seems to be packaged poorly on a weak point of the grill. For now, Amazon said they need to recall the product to investigate further.... We are still without a grill.
Don't count on grilling the first night your shipment arrives, you might just spend it repacking for return back to Amazon :(
Great product, temperature 600 degrees Feb 06, 2010 This was a Christmas present for our son and family. They LOVE this grill! The original grill was damaged in the shipping process, however, the manufacturer responded quickly. Great product!

Weber Q320 Outdoor Gas Grill Jan 17, 2010 I purchased this as a Christmas gift which was delivered to my daughter. The grill stand arrived damaged. We were told to return this immediately and they would forward a new grill as soon as we could provide a tracking number. My daughter returned the grill, called with the tracking number and was told they could not send a replacement because there was a problem with the stand. She waited for three weeks, reordered this grill and again, the grill came with a damaged stand. This time, she was told they would send a stand to replace the damaged one --- we will see.

Duh, don't buy lava rocks or whatever they call them, not needed Jan 16, 2010 How would I know the lava rocks and similiar are no longer needed...I had a nice bag of special rocks of some sort all ready to add to my new grill when it came and got it ready but where is the grill that holds the rocks? Does not need them, guess I had not looked into this but anyway, grill is now a bit over year and a half old and I use it several times a week and love it. Had a problem with the top grill peeling after this time and contacted Weber through Amazon and few sentences and quick answer and new grill ( comes in 2 parts which is great and easy to clean and take out ) came week or so later no questions asked. Looks like new and works as good as the day I brought my lava rocks back to Home Depot for refund...First Class Company and service.
PS: The propane tank holder is also a great idea....keeps tank secure and safe.
