A little short on one end Mar 02, 2008
If you onlt do fish that are 12" or less, these are great, but if they are over than, the 12" length is a problem. They work just as they are made to. Remember to soak under water for an hour or more and spray the food contact side with some non-stick spray. These are good of pork and chicken too, just turn half thru the cooking cycle.
