 Excellent for container gardening Jun 17, 2010
I bought this set of connectors to use with mostly Rain Bird tubing and drip emitters in a container irrigation system. They're perfect for this use. I recommend a system like this because you can set it up with a timer and never forget to water your plants. I've used a system like this for many years and am completely happy with it. You need to do just a little research to see what parts you need. But if I could figure it all out in about a half hour, anyone could!

The item description states that the product contains:
"Includes: (1) - 1/2-Inch x 40' Distribution Tubing (1) - 1/4-Inch x 100' Soaker Tubing (12) - Flow Control Valves (12) - 1/4-Inch End Plugs (1) - Tubing Punch Tool (1) - Faucet attachment (1) - End Cap (6) - 1/2-Inch Metal Tubing Stakes (32) - 1/4-Inch Metal Tubing Stakes "
Unfortunately, it does not. There is no tubing, neither half or quarter inch, there are only 2 control valves-not 12, no metal stakes of either size-just 4 plastic 1/4" stakes, and the number of sprayer heads is only 2 or 3 of each, not the several of each as displayed in the picture.
Amazon's customer service was great, they sent a replacement item the next day hoping perhaps I received the wrong item. But the 2nd item had the same contents as the first.
I'm sure the pieces that were sent do work just fine, but beware that you will not be receiving the product as it's described.

Pretty good product May 07, 2010
This box has an assortment of irrigation devices for a drip watering system. I orginally installed mine 15 years ago, and some items have since broken, so I figured that an assortment would be helpful. So far I have only used a few of the items in the box, but they work fine, and I love the fact that the sprayers have adjustable valves, even though the items are tiny. Way to go! Hopefully (or maybe not) I'll get to use everything in the box some day, but for now, it seems to be a very good product.
