This hand blender is all I hoped for and more.It is easy to handle, has multiple sppeds and tools. Love it!

Great product! Aug 17, 2010
Since I bought this handblender, I actually shortened preparation times of at least 20%: it's light, easy to use, space- saving (compared to the bulky regular kitchen mixers), dishwasher safe. I'm very satisfied! The only con: I would prefer a larger mixing bowl (this one is only 4.5'' wide and 3.5'' high: and I wasn't able to find the measures of it online).

Powerful tool Aug 17, 2010
This is a very powerful kitchen tool. Be ready to hold on tight as this baby rocks when it comes to power and speed. That's a very good thing as I've used it to make gravies and a homemade cheese spread. Both turned out smooth. And the process was fast.
I can't wait to try pureeing some winter soups.
The negative: If you have old hands and wrists like mine this could cause problems. I can't say the immersion blender caused my wrist to ache, but it seems to be aching today after using the blender yesterday to prepare the homemade cheese spread. I don't know.

What a wonderful product Aug 16, 2010
I received my kitchen aid upright hand blended for my birthday and WOW. I never realized that I could whip up whip cream in under 1 minute and egg whites as well. The power that this little hand blender has is absoutely amazing. The attchements are an added bonus, I wouldn't have wanted this product without them. I highly recommend this product.

Recently married with a new house, I have purchased a lot of gadgets over the past year or so. But this kitchen aid is by far my favorite. I make homemade pestro in five minutes with the chopper attachment. I puree soups in two minutes flat. It is brilliant and does not take up much space.
