SUPER book for grilling and smoking on a backyard grill! Jun 16, 2004 This is without a doubt one of the best books ever for smoking fish on your backyard grill. ANYONE can do it, even my daughter who loves to help now. The corn smoking idea is just great. Love the smell of the corn kernels while they are smoking and the taste. This book SMOKES! JW
