 Aweful shipping time Aug 29, 2010
Before placing the order, estimated shipping was only 3-5 business days. 7 business days later, still hasn't received this item, tracking is completely useless, complaint was ignored. As a result, could not rate the product. More than 90% of my order came in time, so overall it's pretty good, but Amazon could have combined some of the packages, there are too many of them!

These are supposed to last for years. Ours lasted TWO MONTHS-just long enough to be outside of amazon's return timeframe. Three of the four I bought leak so badly I am throwing them out.(And two of them arrived broken, so that really means 5/6 didn't last one summer.) I faithfully drain the water out of them after each use, so it can't be excess pressure. They only reason the 4th one doesn't leak is because I've only used it twice.
They leak horribly:about 75% of the water leaks out of the sides, leaving the remaining 25% to dribble out of whatever the dial is set to. No mist, no jet, no soaker. Just a gush of water getting all over my hand and nothing on my plants.
An email to the company went unanswered.

First off, I bought one of these at a local hardware store and liked it so much that I got another. I think it is the best nozzle of its kind. It is baffling to me that some people were disappointed. First off, I ordered orange and received an orange one. Secondly, the issue about pressure seems bizarre because the pressure is great and the different choices of spray pattern are excellent. I use Center the most but Shower and Mist and Fan all work for the purposes for which they were created and Jet does shoot farther, but I think these are intended for the garden so jet might not be what one wants to use to wash mud off a car.

The spray selection dial on this nozzle moves very freely and the nozzle seals well at the hose connection point -- no leaking. This hose nozzle is far superior in terms of the spray patterns and ease of use....it is made well and works like a dream. It is worth every penny and far superior to the other brands of nozzles that I've purchased.
