EMP Jan 06, 2009 I wouldn't reccomend this product. It doesn't heat well at all, and it runs out of steam before the mild is even room temperature.
Does not froth milk Dec 28, 2008 The expresso part of this machine works great, but it does not generate enough steam to froth the milk. Very disappointing, would not recommend this product.
Do Not Recommend Dec 16, 2008 Cheep plastic Steam Nnob melted on first use, where is the safety ? The old saying you get what you pay for is correct here. Price looks good, the the Quality is very poor. If you want a Espresso Maker pay the price and get a quality one.
Not great Dec 07, 2008 While the machine may make 4 espresso shots it only steams one cup of milk per 4 shots. Very ineffective when everyone wants a latte. I wish I had purchased the Mr. Coffee.
Good Value, Good Quality Nov 19, 2008 i've owned this product for several years now. it may be plastic, but don't let that fool you. for the inexpert, this machine is super easy to use. and for the expert barista like myself, the espresso tastes pretty darned good. i make a mocha nearly every morning. i don't use the frothing wand 'cause i'm used to a high-powered one. i heat my milk on the stove or in the microwave. for this price, it's worth the money. lately, however, i have noticed the steam is escaping from the lid. which means, i think, the seal is not working properly. but, i've gotten what i paid for out of it, which was about the same price as amazon. like i said, i've had this machine for several years. and for a delonghi product, the quality can't be beat!
