Wonderful additional to my cookware collection Sep 29, 2008
I received this pan about a month ago and have used it many times since. It heats up very quickly, cooks evenly, and looks like new after a run in the dishwasher. Originally I had wanted the 4.5 qt size, but Cuisinart has discontinued that size. Pleasantly the 3.5 qt holds everything I thought I needed the 4.5 qt size for!! I used this pan when preparing chicken dishes, sauces for pasta dishes, vegetables, etc.
I cook a lot and am very pleased with this quality addition to my cookware collection. I would highly recommend this pan.

I love the size of this pot. Alot of folks are afraid of foods sticking to stainless steel, but I really don't have that problem, especially on a gas stove. Besides, the pans with a non-stick coating are not healthy. This pot has only one drawback and that is that the handle on the lid gets hot so that you must use a pot holder.

Wonderful cookware! Heats quickly and evenly. Easy to clean. Convenient handles and weight distribution. Covers fit nice and tight on this quality product and it is all at a truly reasonable price.
