Does the job Aug 04, 2007 We got exactly what we paid for, although it's smaller than I imagined from the pictures. It was easy to put together, all the pieces were there and we've been using it ever since. Good buy!

Just Started Smokin'... May 12, 2007 As this is our first foray into smoking meats and indirect heat outdoor cooking methods this smoker offers a great start. It was easy to assemble, season and fire up. The construction is very good for a starting/learner's unit. Serious pitmaster aspirants would do best to look elsewhere. For our family's weekend dinners this one is a "grate" fit.

first Grill Apr 19, 2007 I'm a first home buyer so with the nice weather coming up i decided that i needed a grill... so I wanted something that I could smoke too so the char broil smoker seemed like the ideal grill. assembly was simple. took about 30 min. I highly recommend using sockets and also using two different types of screw drivers a bigger bit size #3 and a #1 that will make the job easier. Also, I just bought mine at walmart for $79.00. Havent used it yet but the concept seems simple enough. Probably only be able to fit 2 slabs of ribs on it. so cooking for a huge group wont be possible.
