I don't recommend. Falls apart easily Sep 25, 2008 I bought this and shortly after a month it started falling apart at the seams, quite literally. Basically anywhere that was a water pressure/leak point it began leaking or it stressed the weak plastic into cracking.
I'd recommend looking for a different product.

Poor Design - Poor Materials Jul 08, 2008 I agree with all the other reviews here. The small device which keeps the handle secured into the upright position snapped when I was pushing my reel from over a distance of about 10 feet on smooth concrete. Without a lot of homemade repairs, I don't know how I would get this thing easily moved from place to place. Take everyone's advice - don't buy this reel. It's nothing but cheap junk.

Leaks ahoy! May 14, 2008 I concur with the other reviews. I have the product and it has leaked from the start. I tried taking it apart and getting to the source of the leak to no avail. Reeling the hose is handy, but if you want something that does not leak, look elsewhere.

Look Elsewhere - poor design and flimsy Dec 26, 2007 This item is made of a thin, cheap plastic that breaks easily. The design itself is too narrow, and combined with the thin plastic the entire assembly wobbles furiously when you wind the hose. It frequently tips over when unwinding. I've broken the handle twice: once normally winding the hose and the other time when the unit tipped over. I got just a couple of months of use out of the original and the replacement unit. I recommend you save yourself the disappointment buy something more substantial.

Yep, it's a piece of junk Nov 27, 2007 I concur with the other reviewers...this really is junk. It leaked like CRAZY (as in water flowing all the way to my neighbor's driveway within the first 10 minutes) and no amount of tightening could stop it. You could never really use the "handy" reel-it-in feature, since the whole contraption is too flimsy to support its own weight. Then it broke one day, just from falling over while I was unreeling hose...the whole handle just broke right off. Other parts soon followed.
I tried to use it until the end of the season, but the leaking progressed to the point where I finally just put it out on the curb the night before trash day. Not surprisingly, nobody garbage-picked it... ;-)
Soooooo not worth any money saved! Get a better model.
